Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients
  • ½ cup cassava flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup nut milk
Instructions
  1. Mix flours, sugar, baking soda, and salt together making sure there are no flour clumps.
  2. Crack in the eggs and pour in the milk, oil, and vinegar.
  3. Whisk away!
  4. Pour ¼ cup batter into a greased pan on medium low heat. Flip once bubbles form on top.
