Brownies (Paleo, GF, DF)
These Brownies are chewy, full of chocolate chips, and are sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup non dairy chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease or line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the sugar and coconut oil. Add in the vanilla extract and eggs while continuing to whisk until completely smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the flours, cacao, and salt.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into your prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove brownies from oven and let cool completely before cutting. Store in airtight container.
