Brownie Skillet (Paleo, GF, DF)
This Brownie Skillet is gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. Hand out a spoon to everyone and enjoy this chocolate decadence.
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 325F and set aside a cast iron skillet.
  2. Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips.
  3. Once combined, mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into your cast iron skillet, and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of your skillet.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before eating. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
