This smoothie is perfect for those warm afternoons. It is incredibly refreshing and the ginger is extremely beneficial for digestion and inflammation.

Serves: 1 large, 2 small
Ingredients
¾ cup frozen pinapple
¾ cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1 cup nut milk
½-1 inch piece of ginger, grated*
Instructions
Throw all ingredients into your blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Notes
*I love ginger so I tend to use about a 1" thumb of ginger for my smoothies which comes out to around 1 tsp or so grated. If you are unsure, start with ½" thumb of ginger. You can always add more if it isn't strong enough.
