Tropical Ginger Smoothie (Paleo, GF, DF)
This smoothie is perfect for those warm afternoons. It is incredibly refreshing and the ginger is extremely beneficial for digestion and inflammation.
Serves: 1 large, 2 small
  • ¾ cup frozen pinapple
  • ¾ cup frozen mango
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • ½-1 inch piece of ginger, grated*
  1. Throw all ingredients into your blender and blend until thick and creamy.
*I love ginger so I tend to use about a 1" thumb of ginger for my smoothies which comes out to around 1 tsp or so grated. If you are unsure, start with ½" thumb of ginger. You can always add more if it isn't strong enough.
