Grilled Sesame Chicken (Paleo)
This Sesame Chicken is perfect for grilling season. Fortunately for me it's always grilling season in Hawaii so I have the ingredients on hand at all times.
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • ⅓ cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp/clove chopped garlic
  • 1 inch ginger, grated (about 1 tsp)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced (more for topping)
  1. Throw all marinade ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken thighs for at least 4 hours but best overnight.
  3. Cook chicken on the grill or in a pan until internal temperature reaches 165F and juices run clear.
  4. Top with additional green onion and serve.
