I love a good sauce to dip my food in. It takes a simple dish to another level! This Chipotle Aioli was something I have been thinking about for a while but I had such a hard time finding a canned chipotle in adobo sauce that either didn’t have added sugar or some weird oil. So naturally I headed over to Amazon because, let’s be honest, they have all the answers. I found a solution: chipotle paste. What a great product! No sugar, no oils, no crap. It tastes just like the canned one too!
Once I got my chipotle paste I was ready to mix up this new recipe. Then I realized my fish recipe (in the works) used up the last of my avocado mayo. So much drama! No big deal though because I’ve been wanting to make a homemade mayo for a while. This just forced me to do it:)
Whipped up my mayo real quick, threw the rest of the ingredients in a blender, and voila. Super quick, super easy, super tasty.
Real Food. Real Vibes.
